Summary

This website is an informational site about the books and essays of Lyamdi Nomos. It has no accounts, no login, no newsletter and no comment system. The only place it asks for personal information is the contact form, and it sets no advertising or analytics cookies.

Information collected

Directly from you: only what you type into the contact form — your name, your email address, the subject you choose and your message. This is used for one purpose: to read and answer you. It is delivered by email to the author's private inbox through the email provider Resend, is not stored in any database on this site, and is never sold, shared for marketing, or added to a mailing list.

Automatically: the site is hosted on Vercel. Like any web host, Vercel's infrastructure processes standard technical request data — IP address, user agent, requested URL, timestamp, referrer — in order to deliver pages and protect the service from abuse. See Vercel's privacy policy.

Cookies

This site sets no cookies of its own and uses no cookie-based tracking, profiling or advertising.

Third-party services

• Google Fonts — typefaces are loaded from Google's font servers, which receive the request needed to serve the font files.
• Amazon.com — product links open Amazon pages, where Amazon's own privacy policy applies. Lyamdi Nomos is an independent author and publisher, not affiliated with or endorsed by Amazon.
• Medium — essay links open Medium, where Medium's privacy policy applies.
• Resend — the contact form's message is delivered through Resend, which processes it solely to transmit the email.

Children

This site is not directed at children and collects no information from anyone under 13.

Your rights

This site keeps no database, so the only personal data that exists is the content of any message you chose to send, held in the author's email inbox. You may ask for that correspondence to be deleted by replying to it or writing again through the form. Requests concerning data processed by the hosting or email provider should be directed to those providers.

Changes

If this site later adds a mailing list or analytics, this policy will be updated before that feature goes live, and the date above will change.
